Shipping & Return Policy

At MyDermBox, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality cosmeceutical beauty products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have established the following return policy to ensure a hassle-free experience:

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery. If, within this period, you find that the product does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original, sealed packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Any product that has been opened or used will not be eligible for return.

Return/Refund Process:

1.  Email our customer service team at support@mydermbox.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include the following information: 

  • Order number
  • Name of the product you wish to return
  • Reason for the return

2.  Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.

3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. After the returned product(s) is/are inspected and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@mydermbox.com with photos of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as necessary.

Non-Returnable Items:

Some items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. These include opened or used skincare and beauty products, as well as items marked as final sale.
